Standard 300-4 wheels handle 150-250 kg per wheel. 400-8 and 480/400-8 heavy-duty models support 300-450 kg per wheel. Actual capacity depends on speed, surface, and duty cycle. Contact us with your specific load requirements.
Can PU foam wheels replace pneumatic tires?
Yes — for most industrial applications. PU foam offers zero maintenance with slightly less shock absorption than pneumatic. If your priority is flat-free reliability over ride comfort, PU foam is the better choice. For extreme rough terrain where ride comfort matters, pneumatic may still be preferred.
Do PU foam wheels work on all surfaces?
